Termination

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 ZAR if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Springtide Trading (Pty)Ltd is a business in the Telecommunication \ Cellular industry that sells telecommunication hardware.
- Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by E-mail.
- Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
- Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Springtide Trading (Pty)Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Springtide Trading (Pty)Ltd will refund the client
in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 0% administration fee.
- Customer Privacy policy
Springtide Trading (Pty)Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal

- Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Springtide Trading (Pty)Ltd bank account, the
details of which will be provided on request.
- Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Springtide Trading (Pty)Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on
the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
- Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Springtide Trading (Pty)Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

- Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).
- Responsibility
Springtide Trading (Pty)Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,
customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
- Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Springtide Trading (Pty)Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under

- Variation
