Shipping Policy

We’ll deliver your order within 72 hours of your payment Confirmation.

For the most efficient delivery service, we wait until all of your items are ready for delivery should you have purchased more than 1 item.

It’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double-check that your address details are correct at checkout.

Courier – We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa. Unfortunately, you cannot choose a specific time for the delivery so make sure the delivery address provided has someone there to receive your order at all times.

If you’re not able to receive your package personally you are welcome to use a 3^rd party name on the delivery address to sign for your order.

If you received an incomplete delivery you need to notify us immediately on receiving your order. After a period of 48 hrs after delivery orders are deemed to be correct and in full.
