- Please note that we will not be able to insure your device if it is more than 30 days old from the date of purchase. Also, kindly make sure that the device is being used with the number on your insurance application, not any other number.
- We will insure your device from the moment the policy is active.
- If you are on an MTN contract plan, you can pay for your insurance policy as part of your monthly cell phone contract payment.
- All risks and repairs only apply to your smartphone, laptop, smartwatch, and router depending on which device(s) you have insured.
